Vera stood panting on the bloody battle feild. She looked around her and saw only two other females, she was in the last three. She had cuts all over her arms and was sliced beneath one eye; but even in this condition, she was better off than her opponents. One vampiress lunged at the other, digging her long, pointed nails into the other woman's already injured chest. She managed to reach the heart, and in less than a minute, the other female collapsed from blood loss.
