I would suggest using a white background when there's a lot of shine involved in avatars. The black background detracts and every shine becomes very distracting.
The hair would've been a bit nicer in a softer blonde, I think. It could be the black background messing with my eyes on that point.
The lily seems out of place.
The on ly thing that really seems to match (other than the three bears) is the bow and a handful of those hearts from the Magical Girl.
