Rosie is Spanish, and this scene is actually when she goes out, gets drunk, and parties because her boyfriend just broke her heart. The 'tango dancer' idea is really similar to her. Clothes: Red Lifeguard bathing suit under Black lacy Couture dress. And the rose is because she calles herself 'Spanish Rose' once she gets drunk. - Report As Spam
