This is Lenore, from the comic book series "Lenore, The Adventures of a Cute Little Dead Girl" by Roman Dirge.
Once, Lenore was a normal happy little girl. But one day she got sick. And then she was sick no more. Later, she woke up on the embalming table (mid-procedure) and said:"Just sleeping!" - i absolutly adore lenore. i kidn of thought, seeing as Dirge never to rarely uses color to his comics, that you would use the tone as grey, but i love it ^^
