I had found a nicer make-up mod/eye shadow mod that fixed this being a cheaper usermade make-up mod. (The one I stated previously was an inflated old usermade so I could not afford that) The mod + Star Tailer's make-up mod work wonders for my current fixes!
As for the the lips, there aren't many lip mods that I like. Yuri's lipstick is noticeable in his in-game model, I tried to match that with smaller lip mods. I'm still looking for another alternative. ^-^ - Report As Spam

I had changed up my Yuri avatar very recently with the previous suggestion for the make-up mods. I noticed the "sickly" color variant of the hair I was using worked so much better. I was using Yuri's in game model for reference since it was more clear to look at. Official art and in-game hair color is slightly different there. ^-^;; But I fixed it to fit the in game model.

- This is nearly perfect. The issue I'm having personally though is that the hair color is way too bright than it normally is for him. If you can find a more grey-purple for both his eyes and hair then you'd be set. I think what makes this too feminine looking for him as well are the lips. I know he has some to color to his but they're very subtle and these lips look too glossy. 4/5
