Irene Belserion or Eileen is one of the Spriggan 12 of the Alvarez Empire.
There is still not much info about Irene since she just appeared in the manga some chapters ago, but her hair color is scarlet. Since she is from the manga I'm not sure what color her clothes are so I just went with what I think the color is.
