I gotta agree with IVIiku to be honest. I like his face but it doesn't match the reference and I'm sure there's items that would match his particular expression in the reference picture. xD

- i'd say try to find a different face, and i agree with the need for a male body. this is a nice start, but you should look into more posing possibilities(arm/leg mods and the like) to better capture the character's personality.

- Different boots and face. A male body is highly recommended in this particular situation as the boobs are very prevalent.
