- LOVE LOVE LOVE. Great cosplay.I agree about changing the eyes. Maybe try the eye set in meowgical pupil even if they are blue. The facial expression would match nicely I think. Overall great job.

- Change the eyes. Sakura's are wider, giving the "cuter" affect.

- Try out hair ribbons that don't have bells.She looks like she's wearing a pink necklace/choker, but your's doesn't seem to be wearing one. Her hair seems to be of a lighter brown in the reference picture.
