In the series 'Deadman Wonderland' there is a rebel group that is formed by the name of Scar Chain. The leader is a Deadman himself that goes by Nagi Kengamine a.k.a Owl.
He has a gentle face with long but curly brown hair with strands covering his cheeks. In a Penalty Game he endured a lot of pain and received a scar on his neck which he hides.
