Kagura Mutsuki is one of the new playable characters in the recent fighting game, BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma.
Known as the "Black Knight", Kagura Mutsuki is an NOL general, and the head of the Duodecim's Mutsuki family, as well as a secret disciple of Tenjō Amanohokosaka and a bodyguard of Tenjō's child, Homura, who is planning to overthrow the NOL in order to reform it.
Kagura's laid back and womanizing tendencies create special intros against any female character.
