- I agree with everything Makoto said ~ you also need a ref picture as well. Also you gotta make the avi pop! Add some lightning maybe. Or find a good ref pic and try your best to copy it. Play around in tek-tek.

I don't want to come off as rude, merely trying to help, okay?
1. Jupiter wears green boots with laces. (I haven't found a pair with laces yet, but there are green boots you can wear as a substitute)
2. She needs a back bow (I know this is difficult, but try)
3. Her hair is not that curly. Her hair has a more natural wave to her ponytail.
4. There are skirts without the white line you can use.
5. Earrings. Try to find something similar to her rose earrings.(I use pearl earrings)

Please include a picture, and your description is Sailor Moons rather than Sailor Jupiter's...
Now to start off....
Shoes are incorrect, as are the gloves (she has green stripes at the top of them), you're missing the collar, her rose earrings, and her pony tail bobbles. For something like a Senshi cosplay with so many available items you HAVE to bring something new to the table if you expect to get anywhere in the arena. At the very least you have to have a complete avatar.
