Vert is from the game Hyperdimension Neptunia. She is the CPU of Leanbox, a town made to resemble the Xbox game system.
This has got to be one of the most difficult avatars I have attempted to put together. I would love to try and get this as close as possible, so any suggestions would be great :D And please try and give me item names... telling me to get a new top doesn't help.
