Penny is from the Disney movie The Rescuers. She was kidnapped by Medusa to retrieve the Devil's Eye diamond from a Pirate Cave, and the mice assigned to rescue her, Bernard and Bianca, help her find it.
This is based off the scene where she's in the Pirate Cave, finds the diamond in a skull and water starts to flood the cave. Her hair is really light brown, but it looks red here because of the color changes in the cave. In the cave she's very determined and somber. - Date: 01/03/2013

- Actually, they do! There are several pairs that I could have used, but I didn't think they really looked very nice with the cosplay : they were either too bright or not the right color.
