- Description: Ursula is based on the "sea witch/sorceress" character in Hans Christian Andersen's story "The Little Mermaid". Ursula is a part human part octopus sea witch who "helps" unfortunate merfolk to achieve her own goals. Ursula frequently turns them into polyp creatures and imprisons them in her den. Her appearance is of an obese purple-skinned female human (from the waist up), with a white updo hairstyle, a facial mole, but from the waist down she has black tentacles.
