1-Head/Bust: Only blue headband I found that matched + there were no brown shoulder pad thing + Gambino's treasures were sold out at the time
2-Torso/Lower Waist: Best items I found that matched
3-Legs: The blue boxer briefs didn't 'work' with the stockings, so I went with a skirt
4-Boots: I have no clue, closest thing
6-Now this is what I talked about w/ the eyes + gun is shown - Date: 09/25/2012

- @ Dee-Chan, but that hair doesn't have the loose bindings of the ponytail which is pretty crucial in the ref. image.
