Haruhi was correct with her suggestions. The hakamas may have been too wide, but they would have looked better. If you didn't want to use the hakamas...then at least try to layer coats over one another to give it a longer look.
And if you want to do a female Riku, here's a pic for you. While it doesn't match your current one, it'd be a better one to cosplay.

First off, you would have been better off saying that you used the female base because Riku is slender, you wouldn't have gotten slammed if you had done that. If you wanted him to be female then this should have been submitted to the original arena. Cosplay is for canon only.

- If you use Riku, you should change your ref to a girl, since that is what you're talking about. Making him a girl isn't hentai. Trust me, I would know (wink wink). Making them a girl means nothing. Except that is a form of Rule 63.
