This is one of the Four Seraphim of Cruxis and the Leader of the Renegades in the Tales of Symphonia series. He is known for many epic fights against Kratos (in the anime), underhanded tactics outside of battles and is Martel's fiancé.
(Cosplay Info: Syaoran's Cloak's does not work as well and this was the closest, His hair is not bandaged up and Lawful Master wouldn't had worked, mecha gloves were close as well, his weapon doesn't exist here and I couldn't find good shin guards) - Date: 12/30/2011
