Medusa is the first main antagonist in Soul Eater.
For this entry, I'm aware of the fact that, the shape on the front of her dress is not a skull, but it is one of the closest white things that are placed at the chest. And the tiny arrows you see are part of the skull. so aside of that, this medusa entry is not based on her first form, but the form she taken when she takes over the body of a little girl named Rachel.
