Description:
Eternal Sailor Moon is the third form of Sailor Moon, that appears in Act 42, Volume 15 of the manga and episode 168. To transform, she uses "Silver Moon Crystal Power, Make Up!" in the manga or "Moon Eternal Make-Up!" in the anime. It is said to be a very powerful form and a step down from Neo-Queen. Doing a simple version of the avatar that I submitted last week.
