(This is my second attempt at the Heartless Bandit)
The Heartless Bandit is found in the Aladdin level of the Kingdom Hearts series. They mostly appear in Agrabah. They can travel under the sand. They attack deftly with a long sword. Attack them with caution. The Bandit's name references it's resemblance to an Arabian thug.
The blob next to his foot is a rising regular heartless.
