My favorite boss from one of my favorite games, Gunstar Heroes. Has some great lines like his crazy "Hah! Hah! Hah!" laugh, "I NEVER DIE!!" and... well that's about it. This is about as close as I managed to to figure out, so if you know how to improve it please comment. It was hell to figure out how to get him to have puffy red pants AND long boots. - Date: 09/03/2010
