Dalek Sec was the leader of the Cult of Skaro and of the Dalek attack during the Battle of Canary Wharf against the Cybermen. He showed his leadership by communicating to the enemy, namely, Rose Tyler, Cybermen and The Doctor, and commanding the other three Daleks.
After the Battle the Cult escaped to 1930 to rebuild their spiecies. Sec fused with a human to become a Human Dalek hybrid. The others thought him impure so the EXTERMINATED him. - Date: 08/29/2010
