A mysterious character who randomly pops up to give advice in just about every series of .hack//. Helba is a professional hacker, her general outfit does not fit any character class despite her being considered a wavemaster ( I believe that is what she is). Helba is also noted for having created the area Net Slum, a place in which many of the main characters have a party later on.
