He was in the episode called "Krusty Gets Busted" because he was tired of bing Krusty's sidekick so he framed Krusty for a armed robbery although it was Sideshow Bob who did it. He was foiled by Bart and Lisa Simpson so he went to prison instead of Krusty. He always came up with scemes to kill Bart Simpson.
