Sailor Cosmos appears at the end of Vol. 18, Stars 9, Act 51 in the Sailor Moon manga. Some say she is the future form of Sailor Moon or Sailor Moon from a different time line. Her role is not very clear, but she says she is a coward who runs to the past. But she felt the courage and hope to go on when Eternal Sailor Moon sacrificed herself to save the Galaxy Cauldron.
I thought I got pretty close, I tried using the new rainbow dress but it didn't layer properly. Thanks! - Date: 04/25/2010

- She is the future form of sailor moon. Sadly th creator of sailor moon sold the rights to the anime. So the cosmos series will never continue and we will never see her final transformation. On another note people should try doing kousagi.
