Yea... He created the rasengan. His "son" Naruto almost perfected it. His nickname was the "Yellow Flash" because using a special kunai with a seal on it, it allowed him to transport place to place depending where he put the kunai.
But back to rating. Not so sure with the lightning stuff but overall good try 4/5. - Report As Spam

- I'm a hard core Narutard and I think ppl are being too harsh. Yes, he doesn't use rasengan but the clothes and hair are good. The lightning probubly has something to do with the fourth being called "Flash Step" So to all of you who are dissing him, you'd better watch out. He might be behind you and you'd never know. 5/5
