This is pretty much Ike as he appears in Super Smash Brothers Brawl,
though in his game Path of Radiance he appears the same.
(Personally in Radient Dawn he looks kinda strange since he is older)
Sadly,
there were no shirts that had a blue and yellow lined pop collar,
and no other belts went over his shirt.
I tried to layer things as close as possible.
Bullet belt combos with the clincher...
