Pyramid Head, also known as Red Pyramid Thing, is a creature from the popular game Silent Hill 2.
Pyramid Head makes his first appearance in the Wood Side Apartments, standing behind a wall of bars, which separates him from James Sunderland, and bearing a red aura. He does not move or react to James in any way, but his presence does cause the radio to emit static.

- When I first played Silent Hill I could barely leave the room to the next as it was always quiet in Wood Side Apartment and I knew I would encounter Pyramid Head somewhere.. *hears noise to the north* Oh my- Love the cosplay.

- Not only was he in the 2nd game, but in the first movie, from the scene i agree its a good job, I have only seen the first movie but thats why they add reference pics, thankfully.
