- That skirt isn't long enough. Pencil skirt would have improved this a hundred fold. Eyes are too full, and too lazy. There might not be a hand pose for the thermometer, but there are syringes, which could have served in their place.

Pretty good start for a First timer, But I do suggest using the new Thermometer (unless there isn't a Hand pose for it)
