Raiden from Metal Gear Solid 4.
I apologize for the lack of visor, I looked Gaia up & down & found nothing that would work. I tried to make a suitable body suit for him since there's nothing in the right shade of grayish tones either, & his weapons are the closest I could get since a lot of the other blades are too long. I'm including a pic without the coat here as well:
