This is Blaze Fielding from the Streets of Rage (Bare Knuckle in Japan) series. Her hobbies are Lamboda,her ability is judo,and she along with Axel Stone and Adam Hunter were ex-cops before Mr.X and his large syndicate of criminals took over the city.

- kittens is right. It's your responsibility to be informed if you're going to submit something. A lot of people (me included) will just skip a picture if there's no reference image.

I know you said you don't know how to put up a ref pic but you should've asked on the forums before you entered it. Its hard to win if people aren't able to see how close you are.
I googled it and here's what I say...
Good but could be better. Try 90s gloves, Micheal's Memory, and a tight skirt/dress (Red Mini Skirt?). Try emotion brown hair, sharper eyes and a mouth w/lips(?). She's also not as pale in the pic. Might be better stuff so look around. Hope I helped. 3/5 - Report As Spam
