The Team Fortress 2 Spy!
I know the suit isn't the best, but it's close, as there are no really good blue suits of the same color. The knife is close, but not exact.
He is featured holding his revolver and smoking a trademark cigarette.
I know it's not exact, but rate decently on the effort put forth.
The medic heal effect is just for fun :P I went and bought all of the Team Fortress 2 stuff, so I decided to use it :P
