First off, this isn't a forum for "overdone", jerks! BASE THEM ON THEIR OWN MERITS, PEOPLE!
Second, I do agree that the hair shouldn't be showing through.
Third, needs a proper sword.

PH doesn't have gloves with this outfit.
He does not have a chain blade.
He ALSO doesn't have hair showing through.
Your description needs more. There is a lot more to PH, symbolism wise.
It is well put together, but to a hardcore SH fan, I'd probably only give you a 1/5. Could of done better with the atmosphere.
Too many cosplays I've seen of PH as of late. Sorry.
