Mizuho is from Onegai Teacher, she's half alien and half human who comes to earth to monitor the planet, but ends up bumping into a human boy named Kei and falls in love with him.
*just to note the hair isnt the right one for this outfit, but i liked hair down better i thought it looked more like her with it. also, couldn't find a black ruffle for her collar.

Pretty good but I've never seen this anime.
Granted, anything cosplayed in the arena that isn't from Naruto, Bleach, Trigun, or that one show with all the disproportionate faces... I probably haven't heard of. - Report As Spam
