In Resident Evil 4, a character (Luis Sera) is impaled by a giant tentacle, which just so happened to be coming out of the bottom of the villain's (Osmund Saddler's) robes. Wangpale was thus dubbed to describe the comedic moment. - Date: 08/20/2009
