This is a cosplay of Turanga Leela from Futurama. The Celebrity Date is supposed to be Fry (granted it doesn't look exactly like him but I think he does a little bit) or at least somebody admiring her XD
Abondoned when she was a baby and now captain of the Planet Express Ship, Leela thinks she's an alien but later finds out she is a human that mutated from polluted sewers.
