Description:
Thad was the clone of Bart Allen a superhero called "Impulse" (the grandson of the secant Flash, Barry Allen). He was made to end a feud between the Allen's and Thawne's that had spanned over several generations, by replacing Bart and eventually killing him.
Raised in a giant computer named Craydl, made to care for and train him, he had little to no human contact or knowledge of family, other then what he saw on monitors.
