you know... i havent rated a naruto cosplay in a long time.
1. you failed at the eyes. if you want Kyuubi naruto then go for it and do Kyuubi.
2. Nowadays if you dont have a headband, dont do the cosplay.
3. Halloween gear, not here, get a sensible jacket.
4. hair's wrong.
5. wtf dude? Sandals? come on look at his feet..
