To some, he was a monster. But all-in-all, the man was a hero to his country, and did a great many things for Romania during his reign. **As a side-note, when his grave was unearthed, they never did find his body. Many pray for his return. I'm among them.**

Just a little correction: He did do good things for TRANSYLVANIA. Romania was not one of his primary concerns though.
