he has never appeared in the manga, anime, or film series to date, but the BB Case was briefly alluded to in both manga and anime. He was born with Shinigami Eyes, He uses this ability to pick his victims and kill them when they would have been destined to die. - Beyond was indeed the second child to be taken in in an attempt to create another L, and no, it was not explained how he got his Shinigami Eyes. It is briefly suggested that a Shinigami may have dropped his eyes, but that's it. Now on the avatar... it's pretty good, though I've seen better. The eyes and hair could have been alot better, same with the shirt. Other than that, good job.
