This doesn't even follow the basic principles of Lolita!!!!!!!
The skirt is too short, the shoes are NOT Lolita, unless you are attempting punk Lolita.Maybe. And the top is merely a corset? NO!
For the most part, unless it is ero-loli, Lolita is based on looking elegant or like a child and tries to maintain the Victorian style.
Short skirts and a corset as a top =/= Lolita
