You spelled Goddess wrong, genius, and this is for photos, not drawings. But if you really want my opinion, it's terrible. You pohotoshopped amaturlly at best, your water drops are completly illogical and misshapen, and so are the puddles. You made no attempt at adding depth, and quite honestly, it looks like something you pulled together in two minutes to make yourself feel impressive so you'd stop cutting yourself.
