[ever since I buy manga's, i'm using them for my drawing.... because I prefer buying manga than some tutor book about how to draw manga =.=....]
On that day I bought a manga called ''Mistress Fortune''
and I really liked the effect and I thought : why dont I use some effect in my chibi drawings ?.

I understand the money thing for books, that's why a lot of times I will go here: http://www.animecubed.com/howtodraw/ it lists a lot of sites with free anime/manga drawing tutorials. :3 hooray!
