Very well done! When hair is tied at the bottom, try to make the hair curve inward above the tie and curve outward below the tie. The chin and cheek bone also looks a bit off. And maybe shade the shirt? Oh, and her fingers are too short. Try putting your hand to your face to see how it compares with length and height, but hands are hard, so I understand.

Nice.
One thing though, her hair seems to be defying gravity, which looks weird,
the color of the shirt looks a bit flat; maybe you should shade darker areas, just like you did with the face.
