My DBZ OC Tsukiko in her SSJ4 form. I love this form because of the hair, I mean big, awesome hair. Anyways, she's a full saiyan from an alternate universe, meaning Planet Vegeta was not destroyed and she is a member of the royal guard. I also have a fanfiction for this.
