I really like the girl in this picture, the way you drew her makes her look super pretty. C:
A couple of things I don't like is how long her arms are, you should try to make them shorter. Compare your arms to your own body and then look at her arms here. I know what you were trying to draw with the random line under her neck, but it looks really strange there. Also, the light source is sorta everywhere. Try to make one light source when you start.
