I wanted to make an icon of my Hetalia OC Siberia aka Dmitri Braginski
Originally I had this animated where he blinks and sighs, it's really cute. But it's still in black and white and it's still sort of a work in progress. So I took one of the frames and colored it, thus making it into an icon.
