That's the cover to a Fullmetal Alchemist Doujin I did over half a year ago (no, it's not yaoi, it's a parody). I still didn't make it to scan and upload the whole stuff on animexx or deviantart. Really, I'm so damn lazy >.<'
Anyway, the whole thing's done with crayons, the letters are superimposed with photoshop.
