I agree with iEuphie, the neck is a bit long and tilted in an unnatural position? Also, the ears are a little too small for the face, but this is a good start. *winks*

Work on the chin and neck. The neck seems a bit long. The chin is a bit bumpy.
Also the hair needs a bit more work ;3 But since this is your first, it's a great start
