I love the details in the hair.
You managed to draw it line by line without making it look messy or busy.
One thing I would like to suggest though are her eyes.
Eyes are the windows to the soul and I see nothing.
Most characters with nothing for eyes are usually soulless monsters.
And I'm guessing she's not a soulless monster.

I like it.
I'd give it a 4/5 because the whole drawing is nice, but there isn't allot of detail.
I'd encourage you to add more detail(Shading, background, ect).
